$200 million project, 14 years in the making, seeks to transform downtown Hollywood

Before, the area along ArtsPark at Young Circle housed a Papa John's and the Townhouse Apartments. Now, it will feature a sleek U-shaped development called Hollywood Circle, which features the 25-story CIRC Residences with 389 luxury apartments for rent, and the 11-story CIRC Hotel, with over a hundred guest rooms and suites.

After opening last summer with its fine-dining Olivia Restaurant & Bar, the boutique Circ Hotel on Young Circle has launched food this winter at its rooftop alfresco bar on the 12th floor. “Olivia is known for amazing mozzarella and carpaccios, which is what made us choose to join the concepts by now offering burrata and carpaccios at The Muse with their own touch of flair paired with the influence of Asian bites,” says Kara Lundgren, the hotel’s general manager. “The Muse light bites menu is to offer shareable options before dinner in Olivia or on their own for a light menu option.”

Guests celebrated alongside esteemed hosts and "List" honorees Yanni Georgoulakis, Mark Chris, Greg Chris, Tod Roy, Jason Venger, Carol Melo, Joseph Stephenson, David Miranda, Diana Uribe, and Kara Lundgren while savoring bites by The Muse Rooftop and Olivia Restaurant and sipping craft cocktails by Brugal 1888 Rum. On-site party-goers enjoyed a live musical performance while watching a beautiful sunset from the neighborhood's only rooftop.

The only high-rise apartment building in downtown Hollywood is scheduled to open in February. CIRC RESIDENCES is a 25-story residential tower, offering 389 luxury rental apartments. It is part of the $200 million mixed-use Hollywood Circle development. Residents can choose from a range of one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom terrace apartments, all with oversized windows and expansive balconies with views of the beach and city.
